We welcome you to visit the amazing 2015 Metro Designer Showhouse!

With great excitement we welcome you to visit the 2015 Metro Designer Showhouse at the Pearl luxury lofts in Edgewater, NJ. This venue has provided elite interior designers with an exceptional canvas against which they can exhibit their unique and exceptional talents.

The Pearl was originally designed and constructed by one of the most renowned architectural firms in history, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, famous for One World Trade Center in New York City, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai (the world’s tallest building), the San Francisco Airport International Terminal and hundreds of other seminal projects all over the world.

Originally intended to be the research and development world headquarters of Unilever, the Pearl was subsequently transformed with the help of Lessard Design & Associates and famed Manhattan-based designer Alan Tanksley into dramatic, luxury waterfront lofts.

Each capacious interior commands Manhattan views across the Hudson River through 12-foot floor-to-ceiling windows.

The 2015 Metro Designer Showhouse will be open to the public Saturday, May 2 to Sunday, June 28, 2015.

Showhouse hours are Tuesdays through Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm. (closed Mondays and Tuesdays for private events).

Admission to the Showhouse is $25 per person and includes a Showhouse Journal; all daily admission ticket sale proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association Greater NJ Chapter.

You'll be the first to see it!
